ViroiDoc Partners
ViroiDoc brings together a multidisciplinary consortium of 22 academic and industrial partners from 11 countries across Europe and the Americas. Together, they advance research and innovation in viroid and RNA biology while equipping doctoral candidates with the skills for successful careers within and beyond academia.
Consortium structure: beneficiaries & associated partners
The consortium is organised into two main groups:
Beneficiaries
Leading universities and research institutes responsible for:
- Fundamental research in viroids and RNA biology
- Doctoral candidate supervision
- Scientific training and methodology development
Associated Partners
ViroiDoc is supported by a wider network of associated partners. This group includes industry partners and associated organisations contributing applied expertise and strategic collaboration. They are involved in:
- Plant breeding and crop improvement
- Plant health and pathogen diagnostics
- Agricultural biotechnology and innovation
- Applied research and technology transfer
- Training, secondments, and knowledge exchange
